 Hollywood actress, Jessica Biel, has been caught in a rare photo of herself and 9-months-old son, Silas Randall Timberlake, on instagram and they are beyond adorable.

Biel was captured with baby Silas over her shoulder as she playfully threw him around, and a towel wrapped around her hair as if she had just stepped out of the shower or gotten wet showering her rambunctious 9-month-old.

The cute photo had been captioned with questions which the 33-yr-old mum had answered, on her daily life with her baby boy.

“3 things you can't live without in the AM? Yoga. Eating breakfast with my kid. Listening to Erykah Badu while I eat with my kid. We love her.”

The actress and singer hubby, Justin Timberlake had welcomed baby Silas in April 2015, and had gushed about her bundle of joy on the Today's show in October, saying:

"He's just a joy.

"It's an amazing, amazing experience [being a mom]. Incredibly hard — the hardest job in the world, and I've never been more thankful and grateful to my own mother … I’m gonna call her right after this, actually, and just thank her, because what she, what you have to do for your kid, it's an amazing responsibility and the biggest joy ever."
